Yes, it is possible to divide the daily dose (1 stick) between morning (1/2 stick) and evening (1/2 stick).
Please do not take double the amount if you have forgotten to take it. It is recommended to continue taking it the next day as usual and to extend the course by one day, as a daily dose of up to 6 mg has been classified as safe by the EFSA.
You can decide for yourself whether you want to enjoy your drink hot or cold. However, make sure that the water temperature does not exceed 60°C. Spermidine loses its effectiveness at higher temperatures and is then no longer beneficial for your body.
