Coenzyme Q10 capsules

Our Q-10 capsules are yellow in color. Q-10 in powder form has a slightly bitter or sour taste. However, some people may experience a slightly chalky or sandy texture when consuming the Q-10 powder.

Q-10 powder is hygroscopic, i.e. it attracts moisture from the environment. It should therefore be stored in well-sealed packaging in order to maintain its quality and effectiveness. Our Q-10 capsules come in a resealable jar that protects the product from moisture and light.

The capsule shell consists of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, a vegetable cellulose. This type of capsule shell has no influence on the taste or effectiveness of Q-10 and is therefore particularly suitable for food supplements.

The capsules themselves are smooth and easy to swallow. They are designed to dissolve in the stomach and release Q-10 quickly into the digestive system. This ensures optimal bioavailability and utilization of Q-10 by the body.

Our Q-10 is available in one pack size. The glass jar with 60 capsules is sufficient for 60 days. If you opt for the bundle, you will receive 3 glass jars with a total of 180 capsules, which are sufficient for a period of 180 days.

In capsule form, Q-10 is usually tasteless, as the capsule shell prevents the taste of the ingredient from being perceived.

However, it is important to mention that the perception of taste can vary from person to person. For those who do not like the taste of Q-10 in powder form, taking it in capsule form can be a good alternative.

We recommend taking 1 capsule (100 mg) of coenzyme Q-10 daily in the morning without chewing, with sufficient liquid and with a high-fat meal.

It is also possible to combine taking the capsule with a teaspoon of oil. Make sure you drink enough fluids. The ideal fluid intake when taking the capsule may vary from person to person. We recommend a glass of water (250 ml).

The Q-10 is supplied in a glass jar that optimally protects the capsules from moisture and light. The glass jar should always be kept tightly closed and stored in a cool, dry place away from light in order to preserve the quality of the product.

Just like our creatine capsules, the glass jar of our Q-10 capsules can also be reused. To reuse the glass jar, the label can be removed using a simple method. Immerse the glass jar in hot water for about five minutes and the label will come off almost by itself. If any adhesive residue remains on the surface, it can be gently rubbed off with a little washing-up liquid.

Once the glass jar has been cleaned and dried, there are numerous ways to reuse it. For example, you could use it as a mini vase for small flowers or succulents. Or you can use it as a storage place for small items such as paper clips, buttons or jewelry. The glass jar is also suitable as a container for homemade cosmetic products such as creams or scrubs.
