Magnesium citrate capsules

Our magnesium citrate is available in one pack size. The standard jar with 60 capsules is sufficient for 15 days. If you opt for the bundle, you will receive 3 jars with a total of 180 capsules, which are sufficient for a period of 45 days.

Magnesium citrate as a food supplement in capsule form does not have a pronounced taste.

However, if the ingredients are in powder form, the taste of magnesium citrate can be slightly sour, which is due to the combination with citric acid. However, it should be mentioned that the perception of the taste can vary from person to person.

For those who do not like the taste of magnesium citrate in powder form, taking it in capsule form can be a good alternative.

We recommend taking 4 capsules daily (each capsule = 600 mg tri-magnesium dicitrate, of which 90 mg magnesium) unchewed with sufficient liquid. Divide the intake into 2 portions, 2 capsules per intake, at least 4 hours apart. The intake of magnesium should be staggered. Please note that the product may have a laxative effect.

The ideal fluid intake when taking the product may vary from person to person. We recommend a glass of water (250 ml).

The magnesium citrate is supplied in a glass jar that optimally protects the capsules from moisture and light. The glass jar should always be kept tightly closed and stored in a cool, dry place away from light in order to preserve the quality of the product.

Just like our omega-3 capsules, the glass jar of our magnesium citrate capsules can also be reused. To reuse the glass jar, the label can be removed using a simple method. Immerse the glass jar in hot water for about five minutes and the label will come off almost automatically. If any adhesive residue remains on the surface, it can be gently rubbed off with a little washing-up liquid.

Once the glass jar has been cleaned and dried, there are numerous ways to reuse it. For example, you could use it as a mini vase for small flowers or succulents. Or you can use it as a storage place for small items such as paper clips, buttons or jewelry. The glass jar is also suitable as a container for homemade cosmetic products such as creams or scrubs.
