Omega-3 fatty acids are a special class of polyunsaturated fatty acids which, as components of cell membranes and precursors of eicosanoids, regulate many important bodily functions such as brain and heart function.

The daily dose of neotes Omega-3 is optimized for better results and provides an optimized ratio of DHA to EPA compared to many other products.

We recommend taking 2 capsules a day (each capsule = 360 mg EPA, 240 mg DHA, 10 mg vitamin E) of omega-3 unchewed with sufficient liquid and before a meal.

The ideal fluid intake when taking the product may vary from person to person. We recommend a glass of water (250 ml).

The omega-3 is supplied in a glass jar that optimally protects the capsules from moisture and light. The glass jar should always be kept tightly closed and stored in a cool, dry place away from light in order to preserve the quality of the product.

Just like our Q-10 capsules, the glass jar of our omega-3 capsules can also be reused. To reuse the glass jar, the label can be removed using a simple method. Immerse the glass jar in hot water for about five minutes and the label will come off almost automatically. If any adhesive residue remains on the surface, it can be gently rubbed off with a little washing-up liquid.

Once the glass jar has been cleaned and dried, there are numerous ways to reuse it. For example, you could use it as a mini vase for small flowers or succulents. Or you can use it as a storage place for small items such as paper clips, buttons or jewelry. The glass jar is also suitable as a container for homemade cosmetic products such as creams or scrubs.
