Resveratrol first came into the focus of research as a naturally occurring polyphenol.

    • Trans-resveratrol as the preferred choice

Resveratrol is one of the secondary plant compounds that plants produce in, among other places, their skins and seeds. Resveratrol occurs in two isomeric forms: the trans form and the cis form. Trans-resveratrol is the form that predominates in nature and has been studied most extensively, which is why trans-resveratrol is generally preferred in food supplements.
    • Targeted resveratrol supplementation

Dietary intake of resveratrol can vary considerably depending on food choices and eating habits. Resveratrol is found mainly in certain plant foods, such as grapes, red wine and peanuts, usually in comparatively small amounts. High-dose resveratrol capsules can help provide a defined supplementary amount of trans-resveratrol.
    • Practical daily use

Take 1 resveratrol capsule daily, swallowed whole with sufficient liquid, with a meal.
    • Quality-tested resveratrol with certificate of analysis

The resveratrol capsules are tested by an independent German laboratory for identity, trans-resveratrol content, microbiological quality and heavy metals.
    • Resveratrol capsules without unnecessary additives

The formula contains trans-resveratrol, stearic acid of plant origin and a plant-based capsule shell made of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC). No gluten or lactose is added. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. The reusable glass jar is intended for storing the resveratrol capsules.

    FAQ

    We have the answers

Each daily serving of 1 capsule provides 500 mg of trans-resveratrol.

The capsules contain trans-resveratrol with a purity of 98% as the active ingredient. Stearic acid of plant origin is used as an anti-caking agent, and the capsule shell is made of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC).

No nutrient reference value (NRV) is currently established for Resveratrol under the EU Food Information Regulation.

The product contains resveratrol in the trans form, the bioactive geometric isomer. The trans-resveratrol used is not derived from plant extracts but is produced synthetically, achieving a high and reproducible purity of 98%. Synthetic production enables particularly consistent quality and close control of contaminants such as pesticides and heavy metals.

The formulation contains trans-resveratrol, stearic acid and an HPMC capsule shell. No gluten or lactose is added.

Each batch of capsules is independently tested for heavy metals and contaminants; only raw materials that remain well below the specified limits are used.

The current certificate of analysis, including detailed laboratory results, is available under “Laboratory Analysis”.

The resveratrol is produced synthetically and is not of animal origin. The plant-derived stearic acid and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose capsule shell are also non-animal, making the capsules suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

One jar contains 60 capsules (35.78 g). At a daily intake of 1 capsule, one jar lasts for approximately 60 days. Three jars containing a total of 180 capsules (107.34 g) provide approximately 180 days' supply at the same dosage.

It can generally be taken in the morning, at midday or in the evening. Choose a consistent time that fits your routine.

We recommend taking 1 resveratrol capsule daily with a meal, swallowed whole with sufficient liquid. The appropriate amount of liquid may vary from person to person; we recommend one glass of water (approximately 250 ml).

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily amount.

It is recommended to take the capsule with or shortly after a meal, as many people find this gentler on the stomach. This may improve tolerance, particularly for people with a sensitive stomach.

If you forget a serving, you may take it later the same day. Do not take a double serving or exceed the recommended daily amount to compensate.

Resveratrol is often used over longer periods as part of longevity and healthy-ageing protocols. As it is a high-dose isolated compound and the evidence base is still developing, longer-term use should ideally be discussed with qualified medical professionals, particularly if you have an existing medical condition or take other medication.

This can be assessed through individual guidance from medical or nutritional professionals, pharmacies or qualified nutritionists. Your supplement routine, medical history, medication and laboratory values are reviewed together to coordinate suitable doses and combinations.

The best-before date is printed on the jar. When stored as directed, the product will retain its stated quality until this date.

For larger orders, please contact our customer service team to confirm the best-before date of the current batch.

Store the product in a cool, dry place, tightly closed and protected from light and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

Resveratrol is considered relatively temperature-stable in solid form and does not need to be refrigerated during shipping. Cool storage is nevertheless often recommended to maintain quality over the long term. Refrigeration is not essential, but may be useful at higher ambient temperatures, provided that the capsules remain dry and tightly closed.

Yes. Keep the product tightly closed, dry and protected from excessive heat and direct sunlight while traveling.

After rinsing and drying, the jar can be reused to store capsules, tablets, spices, snacks or small items. Alternatively, dispose of it through the local recycling system in accordance with local regulations.

There are currently no established routine screening tests specifically for resveratrol comparable to those used for vitamins or minerals. In research, however, resveratrol levels and metabolites can be measured in blood and urine to investigate bioavailability and metabolism. In practice, functional and risk markers such as blood glucose, lipid profile, liver values and inflammatory markers are more relevant and may be monitored over time in consultation with qualified medical professionals.

Click here to view the current Certificate of Analysis. The report contains the results of independent testing by an external accredited German laboratory and provides full transparency regarding the parameters measured.

The analyses for the resveratrol capsules are performed by Limbach Analytics GmbH, Arotop Laboratories Mainz, an independent German testing laboratory accredited according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 and specializing in food, fat and oil analysis. The laboratory uses standardized, validated methods and has extensive experience analyzing food supplements.

For the resveratrol capsules, the identity and content of the trans-resveratrol and compliance with the declared dosage per capsule are verified. In addition, microbiological parameters such as total microbial count, yeasts and moulds, as well as heavy metals, may be tested on a batch-specific basis. The exact parameters tested are listed in the certificate of analysis.
