    No health claims are currently authorised in the EU for spermidine, L-ergothioneine, resveratrol, astaxanthin, coenzyme Q10, creatine or matcha. We therefore deliberately make no promises regarding the effects of these substances.

    The spermidine is derived from dried cultivated mushroom powder (Agaricus bisporus), not from wheat germ. This makes the product gluten-free. L-ergothioneine is a sulphur-containing amino acid that also occurs naturally in edible mushrooms; superum essentials provides 20 mg per daily serving.

    Yes. All ingredients are plant-based or mineral-based, the DHA is derived from algae oil and the vitamin D3 is vegan. No gluten or lactose is added. The formula contains soya lecithin.

    The powder is sweetened with sucralose and steviol glycosides. No artificial colourings or preservatives are added.
