    The vitamin D3/K2 oil contains vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol derived from lanolin) and vitamin K2 in the all-trans MK-7 form in a base of MCT oil (medium-chain triglycerides) derived from coconut oil. 

    Each daily serving of 1 drop provides 25 µg of vitamin D3 (1,000 IU) and 20 µg of vitamin K2 (MK-7, all-trans).

    Each daily serving provides 500% of the nutrient reference value for vitamin D3 and 27% for vitamin K2.

    Several health claims for vitamin D and vitamin K are authorised in the EU and have been scientifically assessed by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA).

    Vitamin D3 is provided as cholecalciferol and vitamin K2 as menaquinone-7 (MK-7, all-trans) in an MCT-oil-based solution. The liquid format enables flexible dosing by individual drops.

    The vitamin D3 used is derived from lanolin; this source is considered vegetarian and is not suitable for vegans. Vitamin K2 (MK-7) is generally produced microbially, for example through fermentation.

    One 50 ml pipette bottle contains approximately 1,700 drops. At a daily intake of 1 drop, one bottle lasts for around 1,700 days, equivalent to approximately 56 months. Three pipette bottles (150 ml, approximately 5,100 drops) therefore provide around 5,100 days, or approximately 170 months, at the same dosage.

    We recommend taking 1 drop of vitamin D3/K2 oil daily. The appropriate amount of liquid may vary from person to person; we recommend taking it with one glass of water (approximately 250 ml).

    Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle; the stated recommended daily amount must not be exceeded.

    The vitamin D3/K2 oil can generally be taken independently of meals. Because both vitamins are fat-soluble, taking them with a meal is often recommended; however, the formulation already contains MCT oil as a fat-based carrier.

    It can generally be taken in the morning, at midday or in the evening. Choose a consistent time that fits your routine.

    If you forget a serving, you may take it later the same day. Do not take a double serving or exceed the recommended daily amount to compensate.

    Yes. The product can be carried in hand luggage or checked baggage. Keep it tightly closed, dry and protected from excessive heat and direct sunlight.

    Refrigeration is not essential because MCT oil is stable at room temperature. However, cool, dark storage, for example in a cupboard or optionally in the refrigerator but not below +2 °C, may further support the stability of vitamins D3 and K2. The bottle should always remain tightly closed.

    Store the product in a cool, dry place, tightly closed and protected from light and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

    The best-before date is stated on the label of the pipette bottle; when stored correctly, the specified quality is guaranteed until this date.

    After rinsing and drying, the glass bottle may be reused for suitable small quantities of liquids. Alternatively, separate the glass and closure and dispose of them according to local recycling rules.

    For the Vitamin D3/K2 Oil, the identity and content of the vitamins D3 (cholecalciferol) and K2 (MK-7, all-trans) used, as well as compliance with the declared dosage per drop, are verified. As with our other oils, batch-specific tests are also carried out for heavy metals such as lead, cadmium, arsenic and mercury, and for microbiological parameters including total microbial count, yeasts, moulds and Enterobacteriaceae.
