Each test kit contains detailed instructions for sample collection, for example dried blood, a stool sample, saliva or a buccal swab, depending on the test. You collect the samples yourself at home in accordance with the instructions and return them to the partner laboratory using the enclosed shipping materials. 

The test kits can generally be used within a specified period from the date of purchase. The exact validity date or best-before date of the reagents is stated on the kits or in the accompanying documents. Use the tests within this period wherever possible to ensure valid results. 

Yes, the kits can be used by different people, provided that each person uses one complete test kit and completes the relevant form correctly. Please note that the results are always personal and are treated confidentially in accordance with data-protection requirements. 

Whether samples can be sent from abroad depends on the relevant logistics and laboratory arrangements. Please check the information in the test documents or contact customer service in advance, particularly if you live outside Germany or are travelling. 

Store the unopened test kits in a dry place at room temperature, protected from direct sunlight, unless the instructions state otherwise. Use the kits within the specified validity period. 

You can either perform the tests within a short period or use them at different times. It is important to follow the individual sample-collection instructions for each test, for example fasting requirements, avoiding recent antibiotic use or observing specified intervals from supplements.

Once the samples have arrived at the laboratory, the analyses are carried out. The results are generally provided digitally in your customer account or via a secure link, including the respective report for each test. 

The analysis time may differ depending on the test. Initial results, such as the Omega-3 Test or DNA Test, are often available sooner, while more complex analyses such as the Gut Microbiome Test or epigenetics may take somewhat longer. The product description or accompanying documents provide approximate processing times for each test. 

The evaluations generally contain a structured presentation of the measured values and reference ranges as well as a professional interpretation. For an individual medical assessment or treatment decision, you should discuss the results with a doctor or another qualified professional.

Yes, all tests included in the bundle are also available separately. Many customers use the bundle for a comprehensive initial assessment and later reorder individual tests, such as the Omega-3 Test, Gut Microbiome Test or epigenetic test, to monitor changes over time.
