We ship worldwide. If your country is not among our shipping destinations, please contact our customer service (cs@neotes.care) and we will find a solution.

For orders to Switzerland, please use www.neotes.ch to ensure smooth delivery.

Shipping costs

For orders over €50, we offer free shipping within Germany. In Austria, free shipping applies from €100, and in Switzerland from CHF 100.

For orders delivered to Switzerland, customs fees may apply and are levied by the relevant authorities. Please note that these fees are to be borne by the buyer and are not covered by the seller.

The charging of customs fees on the import of goods into Switzerland is based on Swiss customs regulations. These are governed by the Swiss Customs Act (Customs Act, ZG) and the associated ordinances. Customs fees are charges levied by the Swiss Federal Customs Administration (EZV), and it is customary for the recipient of the goods (i.e. the buyer) to be responsible for these fees.

If the order value is below €50, shipping costs will be calculated according to your delivery address. For orders within Germany, these amount to €4.50 and €10.00 for orders within Europe.

The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.

No shipping costs apply to digital content (e-books, software, etc.).

Delivery times

As a rule, we ship within 1-3 business days. Delivery times are shown on our product pages.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single consignment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Please note that orders placed on Fridays or during the weekend can only be processed on the following Monday. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is on its way to you.
