Your Extra Serving for Your Daily Routine.

    • Easy to mix in

In your morning yoghurt, muesli or a drink: Fiber9 can be added whenever you already plan a meal or a drink. The fine powder is virtually tasteless.
    • 8.6 g of dietary fibre per daily serving

A measured 10 g serving provides 8.6 g of additional dietary fibre. With 85.5 g per 100 g, the powder has a high fibre content.
    • Putting it in context

The German Nutrition Society recommends a guideline intake of at least 30 g of dietary fibre per day for adults. Fiber9 can supplement your fibre intake. Vegetables, fruit, legumes and wholegrain products remain part of a varied diet.
    • How to make Fiber9 part of your routine

Measure: the recommended daily serving is 10 g.
Mix in: add to a drink or food, such as yoghurt, muesli or porridge. Consume the mixture soon after preparation, as some fibres bind liquid.
Use regularly: choose a moment that fits your daily schedule, and drink enough fluids.
    • Start gradually

If you have previously eaten little fibre, start with a smaller amount and increase gradually. The amount tolerated varies from person to person. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving of 10 g.

    FAQ

    We have the answers

The powder is virtually tasteless and can be stirred into drinks and food. Some fibres bind liquid and can change the consistency of the mixture. It is therefore best consumed soon after preparation.

One pouch contains 300 g. At 10 g per day, it lasts for 30 days. The three-pack contains a total of 900 g and lasts for 90 days at the same serving size.

A rapid increase in fibre intake can initially cause bloating. If your previous intake has been low, start with a smaller amount, increase gradually and drink enough fluids. Individual tolerance may vary.

Fiber9 contains wheat and oats. If you are allergic to wheat or oats, you should not use this product. You can find the full list of ingredients in the detailed product description.

Fibre can affect the absorption of certain medicines. If you take medication regularly, ask your doctor or pharmacist whether it is appropriate to take it and what interval to leave between doses.

Store Fiber9 in a cool, dry, dark place and keep it out of reach of children. Close the pouch tightly after each use and observe the best-before date shown on the pouch.

Take 10 g daily with food or a drink. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Yes. According to the raw material manufacturer, the fibre blend is temperature- and pH-stable. You can therefore also stir the powder into porridge or other warm dishes. Consume the mixture soon after preparation, as some fibres bind liquid.

Fibre binds water. Make sure you drink enough fluids throughout the day, for example by having an extra glass of water when taking it.

Fiber9 combines different fibre components in one blend rather than relying on a single fibre. This gives you these components in one product with a clearly defined daily serving size. Some ingredients come from the same plant, such as PHGG and guar fibre from the guar bean.

Fructooligosaccharides (FOS) and inulin are chains of fructose building blocks, found in chicory root, for example. Galactooligosaccharides (GOS) are short chains of galactose building blocks. All three count as dietary fibre because they are not digested in the small intestine.

Both come from guar bean seeds. Partially hydrolysed guar gum (PHGG) is a shorter-chain, readily soluble form; guar fibre binds considerably more water.

Resistant dextrin and resistant maltodextrin are derived from starch and processed so that digestive enzymes do not break them down in the small intestine. They therefore count as dietary fibre.
