How can you finally find it – the way out of excess weight and towards holistic health?
According to publications by the Robert Koch Institute (RKI), around half of all women and as many as two-thirds of all men in Germany currently have a body mass index (BMI) above 25 and are therefore considered overweight. The proportion of people living with obesity also continues to rise. Possible reasons for widespread excess weight include our modern society, in which food is available to buy on almost every corner, as well as convenience, stress and the resulting loss of our natural sense of hunger.
The fact is: Excess weight makes you ill. Not immediately and not necessarily severely at first, but over time, people who are overweight may develop symptoms and diseases associated with a body that is not being properly supported. Ultimately, excess weight is exactly that: a body that is not being properly supported.
Good to know: An unhealthily high body weight can increase the risk of conditions including diabetes, cardiovascular disease, mental health disorders, gout, musculoskeletal disorders, elevated blood lipid levels and cancer.
In brief: Anyone who permanently places the body under the burden of excessive weight accepts the risk that, sooner or later, the organs will no longer function as they should or as they were originally designed to do.
Lose weight! Of course, what sounds simple is often anything but easy. As already mentioned, tempting foods seem to be waiting around every corner. They may make the soul happy, but they place an even greater burden on the body. Presumably, it is balance that makes the difference. Denying yourself everything is probably just as ineffective as following a strict diet that can be maintained for only a few weeks at most. After all, who can be happy eating nothing but broccoli and similar foods?
In addition to a balanced and healthy diet, the market for food supplements and diet pills offers hundreds, if not thousands, of products that make extravagant promises. For a layperson, it is difficult or even impossible to distinguish genuinely useful products from unnecessary ones. We want to be transparent and recommend only what can genuinely help achieve the intended goal. What are we referring to? The neotes product neotes Lambda. This patented food supplement combination, available in capsule form, consists of two well-known natural active ingredients: vitamin B6 and L-leucine.
Vitamin B6, also known as pyridoxine, is the precursor of the active coenzyme pyridoxal phosphate, also known as pyridoxal 5'-phosphate, PLP or P5P, one of the most important coenzymes in the human body. As a coenzyme, P5P enables approximately 100 enzymatic reactions and plays a particularly central role in amino acid metabolism.
L-leucine, on the other hand, is an essential branched-chain, protein-forming amino acid found primarily in the muscles and liver.
The combination of these two active ingredients in the new neotes Lambda capsules may contribute to improved metabolic health, particularly in people with an elevated BMI (>25 kg/m²). How does this work? By reducing body weight and waist circumference while preserving muscle mass, increasing insulin sensitivity and reducing oxidative stress, which can contribute to inflammation. Incidentally, taking neotes Lambda also improves the uptake of NAD+ (NMN, NR), thereby providing sustained protection against ageing and supporting the effective management of metabolic disorders.
In brief: As clinical studies show, taking the two active ingredients in the form of the neotes Lambda product, combined with small lifestyle changes – such as an additional 15-minute walk and/or a modest reduction of only one or two portions – produces the positive effects described above within twelve weeks.
